Ok....obviously it's guesswork but

1) Improved end of last season
2) 2nd season under new management (worked for us). Squad development.
3) Less in depth quality in rest of Div.
4) One of the bigger clubs in the Div (yes I know that's possibly meaningless)
5) From what little I know think they don't need to sell
6) Wild idle speculation
