It must be hard to judge squad morale or mood even for insiders - the idea that we can second guess it from interweb rumours and odd phrases in interviews is a bit misguided.

Thinking back, you'd need to go back to Hamilton's tenure before I can recall an atmosphere in the squad which seemed noticeably toxic.
