Professional performance I think.Ireland should've been given

Test status with Aghanistan. But if you have to play this stuff all the time you won't progress. I think Ireland have done amazingly well to get where they are.But expectations change when you're given the same status as others.Ireland WILL produce world class cricketers in the future because they are fighters.And because Cricket is such a social sport.
