S'up to Cantwell

I like Cantwell and was very impressed with how he knuckled down and stepped up to the Prem. Probably the most successful of the young guns in that respect.

He's earned a move, if that's what he wants.

He'd be good to hang onto, but we seem to have options where he plays. More concerned about losing Krul/Godfrey/Tettey/stiepermann /Pukki

None of whom we have proven, settled replacements for in the squad...
