Tried making us (Legal) support various agile projects. The Projects expect support functions to be able to drop what they are workign on and immediately support the sprint.

Fine if that's #1 priority for us. Not when it's #27.

Takes quite a while (and lots of aggro) for agile project teams to realise this.
