Loving the "moral outrage" schtick - haven't (for instance) MK Dons who couldnt' afford to finish last season just signed someone? Plenty of clubs in League 1/2 are also signing players which is a very sound strategy for clubs seeking to leave those tiers.

Notable that Ipswich haven't but I guess they'll give League One a couple of decades to really settle in before deciding what to do next, just like in the champs
