Yeah I know

I understand that the law sees it that way, and the law ultimately has to be like that.

I just don't think it's right. It's just so obvious to me what the outcome is going to be from those actions.

I'm not calling for them to be strung up or anything like that, that's absolutely not my view. I would however like to see them jailed for a lot longer, them and many other nasty scumbags out there.
