he's gone a bit Maddison. I do think a move might help him mature - perhaps being a smaller fish is what he needs. I never get the idea that he's arrogant, but he's probably hitting that point when he's testing out life in the spotlight, and it might reflect in the wrong way if he stays in Dereham.
