We must work out alternative ways to score goals next season....

If we are to develop as a team. The vast majority of our goals have been by building up the play and putting a through ball (the vast majority of the time via Buendia) to Pukki so he is one on one with a goalkeeper. Premier League team's worked this out and nulifyed it. That is why Pukki's and our goals dried up. We have no other way of playing. If we can retain both Emi and Pukki for next season then this plan will still work. But we must develop other ways as well of scoring goals as we can't rely on this method especially if we lose one or both of those players through injury or because we sell them. Thats why a clear out of some players is necessary and they are replaced by new ones who have different qualities and styles of play that are missing from the team at present.
