after being relegated from the Prem we've only ever made the play-offs once. And that was only thanks to an uncharacteristically early change of manager.

We need to focus 100% on what works in the Championship, not what will happen 'when' we are promoted. It would be beyond stupid to get rid of three midfielders who have all excelled at that level.
