I'd just like to be competitive in the top division.

And unfortunately it's not going to happen with the current owners. I have no problem with Webber but I would like an owner who is at least willing to listen to financial investment from others, I believe Delia is as happy with us in the champs as on the prem, I'm not but that's just me.
