Apart from that comment. To claim that finishing 20th instead of 21st is a sign of progress is a little bit over the top! It simply shows that you got promoted last year in 21st (fantastic effort of course) to a league where you can't finish lower than 20th so not progress but an inevitable fact of last year's success.
