For anyone wanting to cheer themselves up today,

There’s a fantastic piece of nostalgia on the guardian website. If you read the piece on our relegation, there’s a link to a story, then clip of us v Arsenal away 89/90. We lost 4 - 3, after being two up at half time and then there was a 21 man brawl after Arsenal scored their 4th (watch out for David Phillips kick at someone!). Then a Saint and Greavsie clip on the incident. It’s brilliant. I don’t recall the game, but I think we finished 10th that season? Would have been season after Arsenal won the league.
