has he shown any indication he is willing to change so far?

He has insisted on zonal marking despite it clearly not working for us.

He has stuck religiously to using our fullbacks as our source of width high up the pitch and having split centre backs despite us continually being so open when we turn over the possession.

From what i have seen during his 3 year tenure so far he will not budge from his style of play. This can both be a strength and a weakness of course but long term if you cant adapt opposition teams/managers work you out. Sadly we have been worked out massively this season and rest assured managers in the championship will have taken note. Will Farke change now... time will tell.
