No football club gets it right everytime

I think he should get credit for backing the manager in the transfer window.

If he was told by Alex Neil that Naismith was the player we needed etc and he's gone out and got him, then that's job done.

He did also get Maddison for us in that same window and Godfrey (I think?), the Maddison deal more than paid for Naismith.
