Been trying to lift my football spirits by watching 18/19 highlights

FWIW I think pre lockdown this season we were true to our philosophy and did our best to play the way want to play, and the way that brought us such success and was so great to watch during 18/19but the opposition was so much better than your sheff weds and your millwalls and your leedses and we got found out
Post lockdown is another story- looks like the players are all weighed down with the threat of regulation, and can’t play with any degree of freedom
