Do we have a defensive coach?

I know we've had to chop and change a lot but a lot of our defending seems so amateur. The players don't seem to know when and where to drop in or step out, they don't play as a unit. This has been going on for years now.

Also, what does Farke see in Drmic? He doesn't offer anything as far as I can tell. Idah looks full of potential. Give him the game time.
