Which I really didn't expect tbh
- Gone from barely being able to run more than a mile to doing a couple of 10k's a week (not particularly quick, mind)
- Much healthier lunches, as someone below said too
- Almost no beer consumption
Overall, lost a fair bit of weight, and feel better in myself than I have done in at least 5 years
Of course there are many downsides - tough not to see family, tough to be in the same room most of the day, and extremely uneasy to contemplate the troubles that others may be going through with job losses, or being on their own whilst vulnerable
