You set the example at the top, then ask your people to take the same or lesser cut, and see who is on board with it.

As I say the issue is that we don't have a big stick to threaten players with so it's even more voluntary for them than the rest of us.

So that's where you rely on (hope for) peer pressure and that you have a team of people working together, and not a group of individuals.
