Woah! Very nice

My kamado can do pizzas too, haven’t tried it yet though. Couldn’t get the ingredients for a long time!

That’s what I love about it, I can do pulled pork on it, indirect heat of 107c for 10 - 12 hours and it holds the temp rock steady, or I can open up the air controls and get it up to 350c plus for searing / pizza. It’s awesome.

It means I can cook more or less every single meal over flames, just as man was meant to do 👍

The only problem is the impact on the waist line, particularly as having an alcoholic beverage in hand while operating the thing is mandatory, at least that’s my excuse, and I’m sticking with it
