Just not good enough in pretty much all departments.

Not many teams spend f**k all and stay up. I know money isn't a guarantee but it gives you a better chance. Who have we bought/loaned who was as good as or better - possibly Byram and that's it. No one else has added anything to the team. Is that Webber's fault or Farke's or both?
