We're all clutching at straws, not least as the teams above are total turd. Surely, we think, we can close the gap, as all of those teams keep losing? We can still do it, cant we?

It's not going to happen. We're going to keep losing as well. We're not big enough, fast enough or good enough to compete. The problem is that the players now seem to believe this too. There is simply no way back.

Tonight we might get a 0-0, but more likely we'll lose 0-1 or 0-2. I simply dont see us scoring against a well organised team.

I've already come to terms with this reality, and I'm cool with it. To be honest if you put a yellow shirt on a traffic bollard i'd still cheer for it, so no problem. I'll be tuning in next season in the Champs.
