If i buy something off ebay which is collection only and i can't be arsed to go and get it

can i pay someone to do it for me and who would that person be?

Someone from norfolk to go down there and get it or, someone from down there to "bring in to me"* up here? or someone in the middle? or dhl/city link/fedex etc to shunt it up the logistics network?
