I have had that done.

In Leicester. 7 minutes per eye, one eye done one day, the other 5 days later. Totally painless and only a minor annoyance of drops in each eye for a few weeks after, plus eye shields for a week after the op. My vision is really good now and I won't ever get cataracts in the future, so, yes, I can highly recommend intra-ocular implants!
