Right, here is the king of toasties

Make a wall round the outside of the slice with cheese rectangles, about 8mm cross section. place ham or bacon bits in the well in the middle (can also add some baked beans and chopped up mushrooms if you wish), then crack an egg into same well. Place other slice on top and cook.
