Wrath advice needed....

So was having a lovely afternoon Bass fishing on Ipswich waterfront with the missus however 2 people over the course of 4 hours felt an urge to impart their life stories for 1 hour and 2 hours respectively. How on earth do we stop these people? Why do they not realise that perhaps a friendly 10 min chat is enough. Had to tell the first person to back up 2 metres, he was practically stood on me. Fuck sake. I don’t like to be rude but perhaps that’s the only way. Any ideas would be gratefully received.
