Some people are dick heads whether they’re in bikes or in cars

I drive and cycle and regularly so have have seen many example of both.

Not many cyclists will want a car behind them for ages in a narrow country road so most will pull over where they can.

I wouldn’t do it on a hill and lose momentum and I wouldn’t pull into a badly potholed or gravelly passing place and risk coming off or getting a puncture.
