Classic local council incompetence

This guy has been running his restaurant for months, he hasn’t even been subtle - hell he’s got a sign at the front of his house!!!
Imagine having a restaurant, pub or cafe where you pay rent, rates etc and you’ve probably also been forced to shut due to lockdown...then this joker is still serving meals in his house! Defies all belief
