Been feeling really poorly for a few days and still feel terrible

And my wife has been really sick too. Not sure if I’ll be capable of anything today.

So to check I’m going get my wife in two kids into the car and head off for a lovely trip to a local National Trust park and country house. It’s only 30 miles away, so the ideal test of my capabilities. I’ll let you know how I get on.
