He moved his son to be closer to his family incase they got ill

Yes he broke the rules, but nobody knows the facts he could of for in his care in a full blown ppe and drove up the motor way. I doubt he had the windows down coughing and sneezing at everyone along the way.

Surely safeguarding of the child is the most important thing?
If both parents were to get ill where would the child of gone... Oh to the grandparents a few minutes away.
