His kid was at very, very minor risk.
He put his family at vastly more risk directly due to his actions.
He also actually transported the virus up north. He put health workers and all the people in between at increased risk.
This isn't political, he's using his usual techniques to deflect rightful criticism and to pretend that he's standing up for what 'the majority' would have done. But we didn't. And he's wrong.
You've bought his nonsense hook, line and sinker.
And in answer to your question, as a single parent who was (likely) exposed to the virus, despite showing no symptoms we hunkered down for the duration like we were advised. And I made contingency plans for if I got too ill.
None of which involved trekking across country and putting others in danger.
Also, this isn't fake indignation.
