They seem to be suggesting that proximity to family for childcare

Is now ok or was then. Even if that means known infected people travelling hundreds of miles across country. Putting politics ahead of health but happy to throw scientists under bus for a lesser infraction (neither of them were known to be infected). Looks like they are just going to deny the later stuff happened.
