The interesting thing to me in this statement

Is the implication that league 2 could restart when the conference (sorry national league) couldn't.

I would think the champ would struggle to restart with no fans, more so league 1 and no chance of league 2.

Also ludicrous to suggest going with current positions for playoffs.
