2nd wave perfectly possible

but where eg 90% of deaths are people over 65, and 25% (in this country) are diabetics, and where the effects of lockdown are so dramatic (look at "excess deaths" to have some idea ....) one can see that a 2nd full lockdown isn't on the agenda
