EPL don't want EFL to promote clubs on PPG if EPL finish the season

which is academic as the EPL won't be finishing the season.

It's an opening shot across the bows as a prelude to trying to agree some fudge around relegation/promotion.

(And it's an implicit plea to the FA to come up with a solution on PPG that's adopted in the EFL and the EPL - would assist the EPL with defending any legal shenanigans)
