Just general observations. Fwiw it's all arguable and subjective, so...

I still think we'll see a 23 team EPL off the back of it. Relegation and how you calculate PPG seems such a thorny issue that its an *easier* out, and keeps TV happier, to just expand it.

Not sure how feasible it is for fixture congestion, but thats got to be easier to resolve than which PPG to use etc
