a few suggestions/conclusions:
close and prolonged exposure/close contact in congregation required for transmissions;
children less susceptible, infrequently responsible for household transmission;
causal short interactions not the main driver; v hard to get it outside.

basically - avoid crowded, enclosed places (or they'll need to be redesigned etc. By which she means crowded - even within a household transmission rates are relatively low.
