The clue is that the FA are (seemingly) not open to a CHANGE to the rule that relegation happens.

It may end up in Court but what are you asking a court to decide? What decision are you asking them to take? What are you left with if they say 'ok, this decision to end the season is unlawful' ? Fulfil the fixtures? Not practical otherwise it'd be fetting resolved on the pitch.

Compensation? Compensated for what? What's our loss? We're bottom on every form of PPG I can conceive of. Our odds of survival are miniscule.

I feel for Bournemouth, but not us and not really Villa either.
