at the same time as the EFL has a "re-set" and ditches parachute payments whilst also possibly not being able to start next season at all.

And replaced by three teams from the championship who have not actually completed their season, earnt promotion or indeed done anything for 3 months except sit back and wait to be awarded promotion on the basis of PPG.

I share your concerns about how to challenge decisions approved by the 14-6 vote process in the EPL but by the same token I would hope that there must be some means of getting at an outcome that would be so manifestly unjust.
