It's not literally what's happening

because the majority is not misappropriating assets to itself, and because the outcome of the vote, whatever it is, will on the face of it be "the same for everyone" - but that doesn't mean that everyone will be affected in the same way or that it's not unfair to a specific minority - eg exposed to greater risk, deprived of expected means of defending themselves against it - not all clubs fall within the same class - it's like an opportunity which only one group can afford though made "available" to all.
