The bit I struggle with is why are we doing this?

doesnt seem fair to determine which sides will be relegated on this basis as home advantage is so big for a lot of teams at the bottom, but not equally so depending on who the opposition are.

If we’re saying no relegation, but it will decide the title and European qualifiers, then ok, but still some inherent unfairness.

If we’re just doing it so sky can broadcast something, that’s ok, having some football to watch would be good to be honest, if at no incremental risk to those taking part
