Harnser In My Garden This Morning-Question..?

Saw one in a nearby tree yesterday and thought, "...has he eyeballed our pond?"

Yep, clearly has. Sw**king about the back garden this morning in a very proprietorial manner.

Its a wildlife pond though. So no fish, goldfish that is. But do have newts as well. Hopefully he won't return, a couple of crows saw him off earlier in the manner of a pair of RAF Typhoons seeing off a Russian bomber that came too close to the border.

They have sharp bills, could it pierce a pond liner?
