Neutral grounds.

If the press is correct one of the idea floated has been neutral grounds.

Well. I would think Carrow Road is a prime candidate for a couple of reasons.

(1) It has a decent sized hotel next to the ground which could house a quite a few people.
(2) Norfolk per capita "seems" to have a lower infection rate on average than the UK as a whole. Only the SW is lower.
(3) Setting up TV would be easier in grounds that already have the facilities.
(4) Carrow Road would be easy to shut off to people.

FWIW even though its clear the PL want to play the games I'm a little less optimistic than I once was.
Its clear from the data that social distancing is working I expect the death rate to fall off pretty big over the next few weeks.

I am actually really surprised and shocked by the amount of Leagues who have voided so far rather than wait a bit longer and see where things go?
How does waiting hurt, its not like things are going to be back to normal in July and August unless some miracle vaccine is discovered pretty quickly. And that would only be a drug currently used that has already been through extensive trials.
In poker the reason you have a huge math(s) advantage when you are on the dealer button is because you get to act last after seeing what everyone else does BEFORE you make a decision. You have the most information out of anyone.
You make risk assessments based on science and data.
The more data the better.
Based on current info I would now predict we still have a 70-80% chance of playing out the season or at least playing enough games to decide things.
Have to think they wont play any "meaningless" games that don't effect anything much. Such as midtable vs midtable and midtable vs already relegated.
