Agreed, but don't see why Chshp has to have playoffs.

Just the top 2 up with no-one down from the Prem (and yes we would be v v lucky if that was the case) but drawing a line below team 6 will just invite litigation from 7th onwards saying they could have made it. Top 2 automatic promotion is fact. After that further promotions are not needed. Keep it as simple as possible by the using fairest of a whole bunch of methods none of which are ideal.
