There’s a great story that Michael Caine tells about his mother who used to char for Adam Faith’s mother. One day after work they were having a cup of tea and the subject came up of their famous sons. Michael Caine’s mum was asked what was the name of her famous son and said his real name. “Never heard of him” was the response So who’s your famous Son? she asked “Terry Nellons” was the response to which MC’s mum replied well I haven’t heard of him either!
