Shouldn;t need that though. I would hope we have our own lawyers on the case although

based on CWC's post there would appear to be difficulties here in terms of the ability to challenge decisions taken in accordance with the rules (i.e. properly held votes of the relevant bodies).

I wonder though if there is a legitimate expectation type argument that can be utilised.
