Football is a business unlike any other, where the rewards are potentially enormous and the wages of players and staff are grossly in excess of any other business.
Yesterday an article was published in (I think) the Guardian which claimed a kit man at an unnamed Championship club early £60k a year, and a physio earnt nearly £200k.
The cost of paying the furloughed staff at Carrow Road for 2 months might be let’s say £200k....this is a drop in the ocean when you think of the overall scheme of things.
Other clubs have correctly changed their minds, I think Norwich should too.
