Basis I would fancy their lawyers to take things right to the top. Not sure I’d fancy Delia and co to do the same. Essentially I think (and I may be wrong the prem may be risk averse relegating clubs if they are fearful of big legal battles. Would expect all relegated clubs to fight and artificial end
