Portugal & Spain is an interesting one. Portugal basically did what Spain did a couple of days afterwards, but they were a month behind the infection levels so they effectively went hard & early (ie locked down when they only had 200 odd cases instead of waiting for 2000 odd).
Lockdown not particularly strict relative to some others, but 50% of people self-imposed their own restrictions anyway (ie only going out once a day)
The great unknown is whether Sweden, Portugal, NZ etc will be hit harder later on once the virus starts circulating again. And of course what sort of hit their economies took/will take.
