This is likely to happen at neutral venues so integrity of the games has gone. It’s plausible for the prem to finish in such circumstances but I can’t see any of the teams lower down the ladder managing it.

Would the bottom 3 meekly accept relegation even if the lower leagues haven’t concluded.

I know it’s not Important in the scheme of things but this scenario seems quite likely and I’m not sure how it would play out. Not sure how you can relegate and promote in these strange times but clearly I have yellow and green blinkers on
